Started listening to At the Drive-In again, I like In Casino Out a lot better than Vaya and This Station is Non-Operational, although the latter does have Picket Fence Cartel on it... I'm starting to appreciate the abstract execution a little more. Also been listening to Pantera for the first time properly. I quite like Pantera, although my experiences of Black Label Society have been negative, although their album, Alcohol Fueled Brewtality has a fantastic guitar-only track called, Androtaz on it.

Been really into Queens of the Stone Age over the past week. I do like Songs for the Deaf more than their other albums, mainly because the start of the album is so good, the first three tracks, including You Think I Aint Worth a Dollar, But I Feel Like A Millionaire - No One Knows and First it Giveth really get you caught up in the whole without needing any patience. A Song for the Dead would be perfect for the opening of For the Sake of Security if it was made into a film.

Also downloaded the big three of the White Stripes Albums (White Blood Cells, Elephant and Get Behind Me Satan) but haven't had a good chance to listen properly. That and all System of a Down albums and currently waiting on the full Dead Kennedys discography... Tried to buy some T Shirts today, including one of Sid Vicious shooting heroin (Ooooh, dangerous... I just thought the design was very, bleak and interesting, but I am sure someone will judge me "heroin chic") and a DK's Too Drunk to Fuck T Shirt (Which I must have!!!) but my card was rejected. I should still have £170 in my account... My card was probably skimmed or something. There's a job for Monday. Find out where my money has gone. I want those T Shirts dammit!

Happy birthday to cookie in 15 minutes! 23 you old bastard... Not that I don't follow ten days later but meh... Balls do as balls say...

Got to try and go to Route on Monday... Haven't been to Monday nights since Kim's birthday last November... Ah, no actually, when I saw The Kills in May... Still, been a while. They still haven't played Capdown's Faith No More there despite me making a request every fucking time.
